Q: What are my payment options?
A: We accept cash or credit card (5% additional processing fee) upon arrival.
Q: What surface does it need to be on?
A: We prefer to setup on a flat grassy area because we need to stake down the inflatable, we can also setup on concrete using our sand bags (additional fee applies).
Q: What time do you come and setup?
A: Delivery time will be determined when you reserve your inflatable. Plus, we will give you a call when we are on the way!
Q: Do you do last minute rentals?
A: Of course! Just give us a call and we will see if we have anything available. Any day, anytime!
Q: How long is my rental for?
A: Unlike other companies that only give you half of the day, our rental is for the full day!
Q: What if the weather is not permitting on the day of my event?
A: If you choose to cancel due to in-climate weather you can do so. Bounce Genie also has the right to cancel any reservation if we do not feel it is safe to setup due to high winds, heavy rain, lighting, etc.
Q: Do I have to clean it before you pick it up?
A: No worries, we have you covered. We clean and sanitize the inflatables after every rental. We do have a $50 cleaning fee if we find any, silly string, candy, gum, or soda in the inflatable.
Q: Will I have to sign a waiver?
A: Yes, you must sign a lease contract that consists of waivers due to liability reasons.
Q: How much is delivery?
A: The delivery fee depends on the location of your event. Please contact us for a free estimate.
